AVOCADO & EGG WHITE TOAST

Serves 1

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook Egg Whites using oil in skillet until no longer runny.
  2. Place bread in toaster.
  3. Mush up avocado using a fork. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Spread avocado onto toast.
  5. Sprinkle egg whites on top.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit.

CHIA BREAKFAST PUDDING

Serves 8

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and blend lightly.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve topped with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and raw honey as desired.

BERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE

Serves 2

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
